GIPS was established in 2002 by Grahame Whitehead to meet an overwhelming demand by South Africans, Zambians, Botswanians and other African nations who wish to purchase property overseas for investment purposes.

GIPS offers its clients opportunities for short, medium or long term capital growth, good yields on buy to let properties or buy to resell buying off plan properties accessing faster profits.

DAVID LINTOTT, (64) Chairman Grosvenor International Property Services Limited Married with three children. Initially Educated at Bishops Stortford College and afterwards at The Chelsea College of Auto and Aeronautics in London, attaining a first class Engineering Degree which was presented by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh. In 1957 David joined the family automobile company and secured the Distributorship for Rolls Royce cars and subsequently the Mercedes Benz Franchise for the County of Essex, both of which were very successful. David was appointed Managing Director of the Executive Car Division. The Company was floated on the Stock Exchange in 1985 and subsequently sold in 1987. David has achieved and continues to enjoy enormous success in an array of projects using his vast knowledge and his entrepreneurial skills.

GRAHAME WHITEHEAD, (42) Managing Director - Grosvenor International Property Services Managing Director - Woodbridge Financial Services Limited Grahame is Managing Director of Grosvenor International Property Services and Woodbridge Financial Services Limited. He has had many years experience in Financial Services and Property. He has worked alongside professional connections such as Accountants, Solicitors and Surveyors, providing professional advice on financial matters. Woodbridge Financial Services Limited are Independent Financial Advisers and you will no doubt have read more of their services on the Web site. Grahame has worked for major Insurance Companies in the UK before he became an Independent Financial Adviser where he was a partner in a firm of Independent Financial Advisers in the UK for almost 10 years. Following his departure from this firm he formed Woodbridge Financial Services Limited and more recently set up his new venture Grosvenor International Property Services Ltd.

ANTHONY STONE, (41) International Operations Director Grosvenor International Property Services Limited Anthony heads up the day-to-day operations and marketing. His background, 1983-1990, consists of 7 years of client service management within the Savoy Hotel Group. During that time he looked after The Queen at the marriage of Prince Andrew and Lady Ferguson, Margaret & Dennis Thatcher in Salzburg and other famous luminaries. As an Account Manager, he joined Ogilvy & Mather in 1990-1993 and managed multi-million pound well known household brands including Bovril, Marmite & Philips. Over the last 10 years, Anthony has been self-employed running the day-to-day activities of MPI, a publishing company specializing in printing definitive guides in the Conference & Corporate Hospitality arenas. Having been a property investor for 15 years, Anthony has an in-depth knowledge and fascination of property both within the UK, Spain & other developing countries.
