We ask our clients to tell us their reasons for purchasing property overseas. Whether it's for short, medium or long term capital growth, investment income, buying off-plan for faster returns, or as a home to live in, we need to know their objectives.
We work on behalf of each client. Our team of property consultants carefully research the market finding the right property in the ideal location and where possible below market value providing the highest returns.
We will then contact the client personally to arrange a one to one meeting to discuss and present our current property portfolio, which exactly matches the clients' profile.
The client then chooses the property and has the option of taking two actions;
- A site visit. We must emphasize that any delay in agreeing to proceed with the purchase may result in the property no longer being available.
- Instruct us to proceed by referring the client to our recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers who will advise the client of the process of purchasing the property. This process could typically take between 4-6 weeks.
